Questions Answered

I'm worried about my busy schedule. Can I handle it?

Student Ambassadors commit about 2–4 hours per week, including biweekly meetings. Assess your schedule first before applying!

I have no experience. Can I keep up?

Ambassadors learn necessary skills through exclusive training workshops led by professional instructors. As long as you embrace new challenges and love GLO's mission, all you need is enthusiasm!

Can I apply if my English isn't fluent?

Absolutely! The program is run in Mandarin. If you want to improve your English, you can tap into GLO members' resources and mentorship.

Can I apply even if I've never attended a GLO event?

Of course! While attending GLO events helps you understand GLO better, it's not required. We provide comprehensive training after you're accepted to help you quickly learn GLO's mission and operations.

Will the application review and interview be difficult?

The review and interview help GLO get to know you better and see your work ethic. Don't stress. Just show your determination and personal qualities.

When is the busiest period? Will there be KPI pressure?

Early on, you'll focus on training workshops. Later, you'll spend more time on GLO event promotion. Don't stress about KPIs. GLO ultimately values your enthusiasm, engagement, and personal growth more deeply.
