6th ECHO Public Speaking Booster (Dec 27 – 28)

Speak English confidently.
Zero judgment.
The American way.

In 2 days, US-trained instructors help you master content delivery, vocal expression, and body language with 11 skill packs and 4+ hours of live practice

Where GLO Skills are Used Today

What’s the one skill you use every day in your entire life?

It’s not critical thinking.

It’s not leadership.

It’s communication.

If you can’t speak impactfully, how can you lead student clubs, stand out in college or master’s interviews, get top internships, or work at your dream job?

If you can’t speak effectively, how can you develop relationships, manage teams, share opinions, and deliver presentations?

Especially for those who want to study abroad or work at global companies, the earlier you develop English public speaking, the better.

That’s why we created ECHO Public Speaking Booster. We want to help you speak English confidently without fear on the stage.

What is ECHO?

ECHO, which stands for “Explore Confidence, Hear Ourselves,” is a 2-day English public speaking workshop that strengthens your content delivery, vocal expression, and body language with 11 skill packs and 4+ hours of live practice.

A Safe Space to Speak Up

Our US-trained instructors create a no-judgment zone where you can experiment, make mistakes, and find your voice — a refreshing contrast to Taiwanese rote learning.

Small Groups, Frequent Practice

In small squads of 8–12 attendees, experience 4+ hours of live practice and receive instant, personalized feedback that helps you improve fast.

Why Your Peers Love ECHO

Practical frameworks

“ECHO is one of the few programs that truly teaches skills you can use right away. The lessons were intense but rewarding. Every minute felt worth it.”

Lucas Kao @ Chien Kuo High School

Frequent practice in small group setting

“Most camps just lecture, but ECHO gives you the mic. Every round of practice came with direct feedback and even video recordings for self-review. No one laughed at mistakes. There were only encouragement and constructive feedback. It was the first time I really felt GLO’s spirit, and ECHO made me want to be a student ambassador for my school.”

Emily Kuo @ Wego Private Senior High School
@ Bain and Company
MUN Assistant Chair

Friendly, encouraging environment

“ECHO created the most positive English-speaking space ever! My squad teammates, instructors, and instructor assistants all practiced with me and cheered me on. By the end of the two days, I actually felt more confident on stage.”

Ashley Lee @ Carnegie Mellon University
Co-Founder, ACT Studio

Growth without pressure

“Joining ECHO was the best decision I made this year! I was nervous at first, but the environment was so encouraging that you end up excited to try. You don’t feel as much pressure because ECHO created a no-judgment learning environment. After two days, my improvement was obvious.”

Questions Answered

What if I’m scared to speak in front of others?

Don’t worry! ECHO intentionally creates a safe, no-judgment environment. We start with small-group discussions and gradually move to stage practice. Your instructors and teammates will cheer you on every step of the way, turning fear into confidence.

What will I gain from ECHO?

Beyond a certificate, you’ll gain confidence, public speaking frameworks and experience, and a strong community of like-minded peers. ECHO’s impact goes beyond the 2 days, helping you speak influentially in student clubs, internships, interviews, and full-time jobs.

Will there be enough speaking practice?

Absolutely. ECHO offers 4+ hours of speaking practice over 5 rounds, providing each student abundant opportunities to speak and apply the skills they learn.

Is there an attendee limit?

Yes. To ensure quality, we cap each event at around 75 attendees, divided into small squads of 8–12.

How is ECHO different from other public speaking programs?

ECHO focuses on doing, not just listening. You’ll get 5 rounds of practice with instant feedback from both your instructors and teammates.

What’s the learning format?

Small groups of 8–12 people, combining instructor-led sessions, group discussions, live simulations, and personalized coaching.

What kind of applicants are admitted?

We look for students eager to grow and speak, open to feedback, and willing to challenge themselves. The more complete and authentic your application, the better your chances.

What does the fee cover?

All curriculum materials, 2 days of lunch, instructor expenses, and your official certificate.
