Meet the
Passionate Faces
Behind GLO!
GLO was founded to turn leadership from theory into action

Teddy Liaw, a UC Berkeley alum and CEO of NexRep, is a passionate advocate for leadership and social impact. During his time at Berkeley, he held numerous leadership roles and saw the inefficiencies in meetings and decision-making. Determined to make a change, he founded in 2012 to equip service-minded individuals with practical leadership skills.
Drawing from his experience as a student leader, nonprofit founder, and executive, Teddy created a hands-on curriculum that has empowered aspiring leaders in the U.S. and Taiwan. Today, he continues to apply GLO’s principles through his businesses, community initiatives, and legislative efforts—proving that true leadership is about action and impact
