Teddy Liaw, UC Berkeley alum, current CEO of NexRep, and a champion for US workers and stay-at-home mothers, founded the Global Leadership Organization in 2012. Today, he implements GLO's techniques to give back to the community via his businesses, community work, and legislative efforts.

Teddy loves doing service and believes in the strength of numbers when it comes to making a difference. With GLO, he has packaged years of tangible leadership frameworks to help communities and individuals become change agents in the world.

Emily Chen

GLO President

Emily is currently a manager in the camera engineering team at Apple.

She joined GLO in 2013 and has since taught the GLO curriculum at various institutions including Columbia, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UT Austin, and National Taiwan University.

She embraces the philosophy that service is a lifestyle and is passionate about helping communities grow. She hopes GLO can serve as a system of helping others heighten their social impact, giving them leadership tools to give back to the spheres they are a part of.

For Emily, GLO is a family that lifts people up, a community that motivates her to do more for others, and a place that has consistently kept her grounded and focused over the years.
